Terms of service

Kingdom Design International School of Theology

Welcome to the Terms of Service of Kingdom Design International School of Theology (hereinafter referred to as “the Institution”). By accessing, browsing, enrolling in, or utilizing any of the Institution’s academic platforms, digital interfaces, theological curricula, spiritual formation programs, or associated ministerial services, you are hereby entering into a binding agreement to adhere fully and without reservation to the stipulations and operational conditions articulated in this document.

These Terms of Service serve as a comprehensive contract between you (the “User,” “Student,” “Participant,” or “Account Holder”) and Kingdom Design International School of Theology (the “Institution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are designed to preserve the integrity of our theological mandate, maintain ethical academic operations, protect our institutional resources, and ensure compliance with applicable legal and spiritual standards. It is incumbent upon all users to read, comprehend, and agree to these terms prior to any form of engagement with our systems.

I. Accuracy of Personal and Academic Information
All individuals enrolling in programs, courses, or accessing any digital services must submit accurate, truthful, and complete personal and academic information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal names, contact information, previous educational history, denominational affiliation, and spiritual leadership credentials (where applicable). The accuracy of this data is essential for maintaining the sanctity and reliability of academic records, the lawful issuance of certifications, and the ethical processing of any administrative correspondence.

Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in the denial of admission, invalidation of course credits, revocation of certificates, or suspension of access to the platform. Furthermore, knowingly submitting falsified or misleading information constitutes a breach of academic and spiritual integrity, and will be subject to disciplinary measures, including permanent dismissal and possible legal recourse.

II. Account Security and Confidentiality
Upon successful registration, students will receive personal login credentials granting them access to our secure learning management systems, theological resource databases, and virtual ministry environments. Each student bears the full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of their login information.

Under no circumstance may these credentials be shared, distributed, loaned, or sold to any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise. The act of sharing login details undermines institutional security, violates copyright protections, and compromises the personal data of both the individual and the Institution. Any unauthorized access traced back to the negligence or deliberate actions of a user will result in immediate investigation and may culminate in disciplinary sanctions or termination of enrollment.

We recommend the use of complex passwords and urge users to avoid accessing their accounts from unsecured public networks or shared devices. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, users must notify the administration immediately to enable prompt security action.

III. Authorized Use of Course Materials
All course materials—including but not limited to lecture videos, theological commentaries, scholarly articles, guided devotions, curriculum outlines, and assessment rubrics—are made available exclusively for the private, non-commercial, personal use of the registered student. Redistribution, reproduction, or repurposing of these materials in any form (digital or physical) is strictly forbidden without explicit, written authorization from the Institution’s governing academic board.

The Kingdom Design International School of Theology provides its content as a sacred trust for spiritual edification, ministerial equipping, and theological instruction. Any attempt to exploit these materials for unauthorized teaching, uploading to third-party platforms, publication in external media, or use in counterfeit academic programs will be treated as a serious infraction of copyright law, academic ethics, and spiritual integrity.

Our curriculum is licensed exclusively for educational purposes and is not transferable to any entity, church, Bible school, or religious organization without a formal partnership agreement and written consent.

IV. Academic Integrity and Ethical Conduct
All users of our academic platform are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the highest standards of academic integrity and Christian ethics. This includes but is not limited to abstaining from plagiarism, cheating on assessments, falsifying participation, or submitting third-party work as their own. Any form of dishonest academic behavior is both an affront to the Word of God and a breach of institutional policy.

The Institution takes integrity violations seriously and reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or expel students who are found in violation of these principles. Our code of conduct further extends to all areas of digital communication within our learning environment, including discussion forums, group projects, emails, and virtual meetings.

Students must maintain respectful, edifying, and Christlike communication with peers, faculty, and administrative staff. Harassment, abusive language, or doctrinal divisiveness will not be tolerated in any form and may result in immediate removal from all platforms and course access.

V. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction
By using the services of Kingdom Design International School of Theology, you agree to operate in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to your jurisdiction, as well as the legal mandates of the Institution's operational base. This includes but is not limited to laws concerning intellectual property, internet usage, digital privacy, religious education, and contractual obligations.

The Institution operates under the governance of spiritual, academic, and civil protocols, and reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who violate the terms set forth herein. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their engagement with our services is lawful within their country of residence or access.

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Institution is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Binding arbitration or mediation may be pursued where necessary, and users waive any right to participate in class action claims against the Institution.

VI. Modifications and Service Interruptions
The Institution retains full and irrevocable rights to alter, expand, limit, suspend, or completely terminate any aspect of its services or platform functionality, whether for upgrades, maintenance, restructuring, or any other reason deemed necessary by academic leadership or technical administration. Such changes may occur without prior notice and at the Institution’s sole discretion.

While every effort will be made to notify students of significant changes or downtime, the Institution shall not be held liable for any perceived inconvenience, lost data, interrupted studies, or missed deadlines resulting from such modifications. Users are encouraged to regularly back up their course progress, download permitted resources, and remain attentive to institutional communication.

Technological limitations or outages, whether due to internet failure, cyberattacks, or unforeseen server errors, may impact user experience. Although our IT department endeavors to ensure optimal uptime and data security, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is offered or implied.

VII. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protections
All academic content, course structures, theological teachings, spiritual development models, administrative materials, logos, trademarks, and associated media are the exclusive intellectual property of Kingdom Design International School of Theology. This proprietary material is safeguarded under applicable national and international copyright legislation.

Unauthorized copying, duplication, translation, republishing, uploading, or public broadcasting of any part of the Institution’s intellectual property constitutes a direct violation of these Terms and will result in legal action. This applies equally to digital and print materials, screenshots, video captures, or audio recordings.

Users are granted limited, revocable, non-transferable access rights for the sole purpose of their educational journey. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by the Institution.

VIII. Student Conduct in Online Environments
As an online theological institution, we maintain a digital learning environment rooted in mutual respect, Holy Spirit-led discernment, and academic excellence. Students are expected to contribute to class forums, online discussions, and collaborative workspaces with theological maturity, emotional intelligence, and spiritual grace.

Harmful behaviors—including but not limited to verbal abuse, doctrinal slander, denominational attacks, or inappropriate theological speculation—will result in disciplinary action. Students must also respect the diversity of the broader Body of Christ, recognizing that our Institution is interdenominational and seeks to foster unity in the essentials while allowing liberty in non-essentials.

All communication across our platforms, whether between peers or directed toward staff and faculty, should reflect reverence, humility, and a heart for Kingdom advancement.

IX. Financial Terms and Refund Policy
All fees paid to Kingdom Design International School of Theology—whether for enrollment, certification, course materials, or other services—are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement or policy statement. The Institution commits itself to transparency in financial dealings, and any optional payment plans, scholarships, or sponsorship arrangements must be contractually agreed upon in writing.

Students who fail to meet their financial obligations may experience access restrictions or account suspension. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure timely payments and to communicate proactively regarding any financial difficulties or disputes.

 X. Duration and Termination of Agreement
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the user’s active engagement with any part of the Institution’s offerings. The Institution reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user account at its discretion, particularly in cases of repeated policy violations, unethical behavior, or failure to comply with academic expectations.

Users may request voluntary withdrawal at any time. However, such withdrawal does not entitle the student to a refund of tuition fees or restoration of access to materials.

 XI. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Design International School of Theology disclaims all liability for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special—that may arise from the use or inability to use its services. This includes but is not limited to errors in content, delays in instruction, platform downtime, academic disagreements, or third-party interference.

While we are committed to providing biblically sound, spiritually enriching, and professionally administered programs, we make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or theological infallibility of content. Students are encouraged to prayerfully test all teachings against the infallible Word of God.

XII. Acceptance of Terms
By continuing to engage with our digital platforms, enrolling in our theological programs, or utilizing any of the services offered by Kingdom Design International School of Theology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of these Terms of Service. Your participation serves as legal and spiritual consent to uphold these standards in good faith.

Should any clause of this agreement be deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remainder of the agreement shall remain fully enforceable.

If you have any questions, require clarification, or would like to request a written copy of these terms, please contact our administrative office at [email protected] or via our designated contact portal.
